My wife and daughter ordered three hats for me for Christmas. They were the wrong size so I returned them. After several months and 17 emails, they still have my money, I have not received replacement hats or coupons to replace the order, and they refuse to contact me directly to resolve the issue. Mike Arone (Owner) is clearly running his business poorly. I have been as patient and cordial as possible trying to resolve the issue. Each email only seems to drag out the process further despite simply asking for the paid amount in Boston Scally coupons. Hard to believe a business would risk their companies integrity for three hats. BEWARE. This could be your experience. VERY SHADY. For the record, I have never once posted a negative business review online. Yeah, that bad.
